Dining Tables and Home Working Desks

Available in a variety of timber and different finishes, these stunning, single-slab pieces of furniture can be suitable for both indoor or outdoor dining.

At Bankside Revivals we design and make these bespoke pieces to our customer's requirements, and can finish them with a variety of legs, from natural tree-trunks, to classic farmhouse or refectory bases, through to using reclaimed cast-iron machine base legs.

Prices depend upon size, design and materials, and we will endeavour to meet your budget wherever possible.

The desk pictured here is a solid piece of oak, which has been flattened by hand, finished in a hardwearing wax and sits upon a repurposed Singer Sewing Machine base.

The set pictured above has been made from spalted beech, which has some stunning colour and pattern across the full width of the slabs.  The legs are also from the same tree, which was responsibly sourced here in Kent.

This bistro dining table has been created from a beautiful elm cookie - a horizontal slice of the trunk - and sits on a set of industrial steel legs.  The timber has been finished in a hard wax which brings out the natural patterns and inclusions, along with providing long lasting protection.
